Cancellation Policy
There is a fee of 100% of your scheduled service(s) for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment. Failure to pay said fee by the close of the business day will result in any future appointments being cancelled and your being unable to rebook. Please note that this policy applies to being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. (At which point you are considered a no-show for your appointment.)
